hello,<br><br>Q1:<br>when i use the encoder with set_bitrate<br>is this bitrate how many bits speex may use per frame for encoding<br>or has this something to do with the raw data?<br><br>Q2:<br>in the sample code, how do you know quality 8 = 15kbps?
