moved from various _see.h files into _sse.c files and new ones were added for

optimized function and using preprocessor macros to do the naming foo.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

font-family:Arial'>The patch also adds a spx_vec32_t, spx_vec16_t type for use
in the modified functions. This allows seemless usage of the SSE / Altivec instructions

font-family:Arial'>The patch also slightly enlarges the speex stack to deal
with the code changes for the vec types. It makes it even larger when the SSE /
Altivec support is on, due to the wider data types. We have carefully tested
the new sizes and they are the lowest we can get without crashes.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
