1.1.12. There is a problem with decode only operation of the TI C55
example build, which was corrected in SVN in build 11274, which applies the
patch that I sent on 25-April. The updated bits.c file is needed to make
decode-only operation work on Speex 1.1.12 (and earlier).</FONT></DIV>

which have not yet been released, because of some incompatibility between the
patch I made with Tortoise Subversion and whatever Jean-Marc is
