I have a work to do about the VBR mode of Speex and the way it works. I must study the vbr.c file. I get the global idea about what the code does, but I'm not able to describe it in details.<br><br>So I would like to know if there's somewhere a documentation about the 
vbr.c code that I could read to make me understand how it works ?<br>
