Washington, DC. I'm scouting for other low bandwidth algorithms for
some voice content. Speex looks pretty interesting. My goal is to
find a promising codec for 2Kbps.</FONT></DIV>

various software, but the one link for a DECODER for COOLEDIT and WINDOWS media

and have some files converted, but I cannot play the SPX files in Windows Media
