I once compiled it with C++Builder 3 (the one that came bundled with
delphi 5)... it was VERY ease, just fired the "New Project Wizard",
indicated it was a "DLL" and then added all the sources... it compiled
cleanly and generated an useable DLL for a delphi app i coded once.
BTW, that app is the one listed in Xiph.org under my name, if you
compile that DLL, give it a try <a
href="http://www.speex.org/download/Speex_Delphi_Demo.zip">http://www.speex.org/download/Speex_Delphi_Demo.zip</a>,
it simulates some adverse conditions for speex, like bit corruption and
packet loss, if your DLL works, please, contribute it to the community
so everyone interested in that piece of software can get a hold of it,
there's been a lot of necessity for that.<br>
