<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I have ported the speex codec to PocketPC. However there are some issues coming.</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Firstly, i am trying to use a sampling rate of 44.1KHz and 14KHz after changing some of the code.</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">When i try to decode and listen , there is some break in sound which occurs only at the starting of the sample file.</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">On the first run, it works fine but the break increases upto a certain level on subsequent runs . Since speex is optimized for </FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">8 , 16 and 32 KHz, can this be the issue. I have checked the quality level and it shows same at each run.</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Secondly,if i run this codec on 44.1KHz and 14KHz , will it affect my system drastically and can it lead to a crash of my system.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Please help.Also, can someone send me some speex samples encoded at 16KHz and 32 KHz .</FONT>
