[Speex-dev] question

hello
i am student in university of Isfahan.
i need to use speex codec in my master degree project for encode and decode
rtp packet payload.
I use your sample code and found one error (cannot open "LIBC.lib") and
couldnt fix this error.
can you help me to fix this error or give me any source code plz?
