[Speex-dev] Speex for vb.net voice chat

hi all
 
What is the best version to use denoise and echo  cancellation encode and decode 
with vb.net
 
i tried exes with command line orguments  i am  getting
an error  at StandardInput.BaseStream.WriteByte  
 
where can i get implimentation vb.net or c#  sample
