[Speex-dev] Speex implementation on arm-linx

Hello,

 

I am using speex codec for sending voice over zigbee (low bandwidth wireless
network) on ARM platform.

Current I am facing issue where I have standalone sample application working
but when used with application that sends data over the air it has quality
issues.

 

I cannot increase bitrate more than a limit and I am encoding stereo 8Khz
sampling rate data.

I am using variable bitrate with max limit of 42K. If I use variable bitrate
in standalone sample application it works fine but going with max 42K makes
the quality poor for the recorded voice.

 

Does anybody has any suggestion on what are the best parameter for low
bandwidth network that allows to keep the quality good like original?
