[Speex-dev] AEC fails for maximum volume

The problem when you increase the volume is that you end up with
clipping/saturation/distortion. That's *non-linear* and there's nothing
the echo canceller can do about it. Set your gear to a decent,
non-saturating volume and your ears will be happier too.
