It does? And if it does, it's not necessarily enough. The Flash 
multimedia API is at least in Flash 9 very restrictive and only allows 
embedded or HTTP streamed media, which is both rather useless for VoIP 
applications. If there's not API for UDP (I suppose there's not), you 
won't get very far, even with native Speex support.
