[Speex-dev] gain regulation of cancelled echo

hello
while applying testecho application on mine
recordings, I'm having output with non 0 gain of
cancelled echo. Echo is quite but not disappearing
completely. Could you please hint to me where gain
regulation is? Or is it depending on clock drifting?
Because now according to echo_diagnostic I have:

Drift estimate is -0.035481% (-54 samples)

could such numbers be a reason on non-zero gain of
cancelled echo?
