[Speex-dev] Help on mp3 to speex format conversion

Hi,
    This is Senthil Kumar and we are using speex in our project. We now have
a requirement to convert the mp3 format in to speex format. I was looking in
to different options and figured that there are some windows tools available
for this conversion. But we are more inclined towards using JAVA APIs for
converting mp3 to speex format. I couldn't find much in this.

Can you please help me with useful information regarding this mp3 to speex
format conversion.
