[Speex-dev] A freshman developer of Speex coming.

Hi,

The RTP profile for Speex is at:
http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-herlein-speex-rtp-profile-02.txt
There is no draft (at least for now) for the codec itself. If you looked
at the mailing list archive, you would have seen that Speex is all but
dead (plus what does it mean for an open-source project to be dead
anyway?).
