[speex-dev] Speex ACM Format Tag

... and let me remind that you need to register manufacturer and product 
Identifier, too. Some (if not all) applications will try to identify and 
select specific ACM driver by wMid , wPid and version of the driver. It 
is also mandatory that we have only one Speex ACM driver or we will have 
incompatible streams. I have feeling that many are currently working on 
Speex ACM driver impl and that means, once one of the Speex ACM driver 
implementations is accepted all other developers should drop their 
effort and use accepted implementation ...
