[speex-dev] Java Implementation of Speex v0.8 released

The Java Implementation of Speex has been progressing lately

1) It is now hosted on SourceForge: http://jspeex..sourceforge.net/

2) Several more features from the C code have been implemented in Java, 
including a beta implementation of packet-loss

3) A JavaSound SPI has been added permitting seamless integration into 
Java programs. It has been tested and works well with jlGui, the Java 
Sound Player.

4) All these features have been put together into a new release: 0.8, 
available of course from the sourceforge link above.
