It is ignored by the codec. I thought it would be useful if someone
downloads a WAVE file and cannot play it. If you load it into a hex
or text editor, you can see where to get the codec.

Since the WAVEFORMATEX is mandatory field and common to all WAVE files
(while comment fields are not) I thought I might just append that
short message to this structure.
