[Playlist] Updates to applications page

 I have merged fixes for three issues related to the applications page. A
fun thing is that I added an application
<https://gitlab.xiph.org/xiph/xspf-website/-/issues/27> for the first time
in a long time.

I didn't fix https://gitlab.xiph.org/xiph/xspf-website/-/issues/26, which
is a proper bug but too big a project for me right now. If somebody has the
time to spider out 404s and malware, then de-link them in the markdown, I'd
be grateful.
