[Playlist] Attached document seems to follow the example, but is described as invalid by the online validator

You appear to be using the wrong xmlns. The correct xmlns is http:// (you
are using https://). Change the protocol and rerun through the validator
and there will be different errors. <name/> is not appropriate for <track/>
(i's <title/>).
