It seems that sector 227171 (toward the end of track 13) is damaged,
probably scratched or covered by something (fingerprint, etc.).
What I'd do in this case is eject the CD and inspect it closely under
some bright light and see if I can spot the anomaly.  If it's a
smudge or other opaque/translucent foreign matter, then I'd clean
it off carefully, and try again.  If it's a scratch, then I'd probably
give up after a few more tries all result in failures.

Track 1 is on the inner ring, and track 13 should be about 2/3 or 3/4
of the way toward the outer edge of the CD.
