[paranoia] CD too large to copy?

The CD is limited to the 74.xx number simply by the spec-
There is actually a little more room on the CD, hence the 79.xx number.
As far as which burning packages will allow you to make such a disk?
The only one I know of is GEAR, by Elektroson-
But I'm sure there are others...
