[paranoia] Ripping quality gets gradually worse with increasing time

Hi there

Beneath, you will find an example for this phenomenon. It is consistent
for different CDs, even though their quality is assured to be fine. The
bladeencoded tracks are not too bad, but with the errors can be heard.

Any suggestions?
