[paranoia] 4 channel CDs?

Ah!  I've never actually seen such a beast although I knew they existed.

Yes, this is a bug (well, an oversight because I never tried to make it work,
but a bug nonetheless).  I'll fix this before next release, although I don't
know when that will be.
