It should not be.  Can you provide more detail?  Is the output consistent, but 
with a small byte shift? (very common and unavoidable on most drives).  Are 
there low significance bit errors (unavoidable on damaged or loose tolerance 
media; most commercial CD pressings actually contain a small number of botched 
sectors)  or are there actually sample additions/deletions between rips of the 
same track?
