[paranoia] Does load affect quality of ripping?

It will result in more loss of streaming issues, but that's exactly what 
cdparanoia is designed to deal with.

That happens anyway, load or no load.

Yes, you'll see if load is affecting the process, but load related hiccups are 
unlikely to make it through paranoia.  Don't worry unless you see 'V' or lots 
of '!'.  A '+' or '-' is a loss of streaming that was fully corrected.
