[paranoia] Paranoia for NetBSD 1.4.1

CDParanoia has apparently been ported to NetBSD-current. I don't know much
about this, other than that the -current NetBSD pkgsrc tree has an
audio/cdparanoia directory. As currently included in the pkgsrc tree,
however, it won't build on a NetBSD 1.4.1 system. (I.e. the most recent
NetBSD release.)

I have a NetBSD/i386 1.4.1 system. I got cdparanoia to build/install on my
system by doing these things:

 * "cd /usr/pkgsrc/audio/cdparanoia"
 * "make"
 * when this fails (after fetching source and applying some NetBSD patches):
    "cd work/cdparanoia-III-alpha9.7"
 * Modify utils.h and interface/utils.h thus:
    - change "sys/endian.h" to "machine/endian.h"
    - #include <machine/bswap.h>
 * Run gnu make (NOT BSD make -- BSD make will fail in nonobvious ways
    because PWD isn't defined as expected by Monty's Make framework)
 * "cd ../.."
 * "make install"

Please note, I'm not on any of the paranoia maillists. So any replies must
be cc'd to me in order for me to see them.
