[paranoia] Track copy

For the record,
                you can get sdd at ftp://ftp.fokus.gmd.de/pub/unix/sdd and the software is by cdrecord's Jörg Schilling.  I use it because it reads the cd labels in a better way than dd and because it has better 'try= -noerror' options.
