[paranoia] RPM version of alpha 9.7

Hi,
 I dont know whats this all about. Actually cdparanoia is included in
 the standard Mandrake dist. So I think it should also be in RedHat too.

 So, maintainig a RPM beside RH/Mdk is doubled work and people would rather
 use the RPM that comes with their dist.
 
 So why not linking with 
ftp://ftp.redhat.com/redhat/redhat-6.1/i386/RedHat/RPMS/cdparanoia-alpha9.6-1.i386.rpm
 or the respective SRPM location.

 (That validates my previous assumption, btw :)
