[paranoia] FEATURE: cdparanoia should use CDDB

Any of a dozen packages based on cdparanoia will do this.  cdparanoia's mandate
is to get data off the disc as reliably as possible.  It does nothing else.
This is the UNIX way; simple building blocks you can arrange in any order you
like.  

Cdparanoia also should not have a built in editor, send email, or look up
artists on the commercial web site that bid highest either.  :-)
