[Paranoia-dev] use gcc flag -fPIC for shared objects

Hello,

I wrote a patch for cdparanoia to use gcc flag -fPIC for shared objects. 
Compilation fails on amd64 without it:

relocation R_X86_64_32 against `a local symbol' can not be used when making a 
shared object; recompile with -fPIC
scan_devices.o: could not read symbols: Bad value
