[Paranoia-dev] [PATCH] makefile/config fixes without renaming the configure.sub and .guess, much shorter now ; -)

This patch does a few things:

Parallel make works now.
--as-needed doesn't break linking
DESTDIR is now used

This is what i need for it to compile.
