[paranoia-dev] Paranoia IV

I've been hoping to get it to the point where it builds at least Transport and
Auto before throwing it in public CVS, but I think I'm going to change my mind
because I'm so busy (and keeping it all to myslef is certainly not going to
speed development along).

So, as soon as I get some spare cycles, I'll get it in CVS at xiph.org.
