[Paranoia-announce] cdparanoia 10.1 released

I'm pleased to announce cdparanoia III release 10.1.

This is a  a license-tweak release that drops back to distributing
cdparanoia under the GPL v2 (or later) and the paranoia libraries
under the LGPL v2.1 (or later).  Moving all the way forward to the
GPL/LGPL v3 unfortunately prevented several media frameworks from
being able to use paranoia alongside binary-only format plugins.  This
was not an intentional consequence of moving to v3, and as such, we've
reverted to v2 in an official release as the only way we know to
correct the problem.

10.1 is entirely binary-equivalent to 10.0.

Changes have already been pushed to the main sites, hopefully mirrors
will catch up soon.
