[opus] Low-Cpu-Use EQ for opus playback?

Hello.

I wish to playback opus-encoded audio with frequency EQ on slow hardware. AFAIK, since perceptual encoders operate in frequency domain, frequencies in opus encoded streams might be scalable with low cpu use before conversion to PCM. Is this correct?

If any decoder can do this, I would appreciate a link to the work. If someone can point me to the relevant data structure, I might be able to do it myself.
