[opus] Help regarding Opus Player

Dear All,

I have tried to play so many samples of Opus Player however each opus 
file ( my own encoded as well as taken from internet fails to read ) 
giving error *op_open_file failed: -137*

If anyone can help me out debugging this issue, It would be nice.
