[opus] OPUS on the ARM-linux platform

Hi Sir/Madam,
I try to cross-compile OPUS for arm-linux with these instructions ,
CC=arm-linux-gcc ./configure --enable-shared=yes
--enable-static=no;make;make install. I always get a static library. Then I
try to compile it for x86 platform, both the static and shared library were
produced.
Could I get your help about compiling a shared library for arm-Linux
platform?
