[opus] Opus for Mobile Devices

Hi,

I'm not sure what you mean exactly by your question, but Opus should
compile out-of-the-box on both Android and iOS. Now, AFAIK newer Android
versions already include Opus as part of the platform, but I don't think
iOS does at this point.
