[opus] Opus (or Silk) and E-Model

Hi--

I'd like to calculate the MOS score (or R-factor) using the ITU-T
E-Model (see https://www.itu.int/ITU-T/studygroups/com12/emodelv1/tut.htm)
for Opus and/or Silk codecs:
  - Opus NB, MB, WD, and SWB
  - SILK NB, MB, WD, and SWB

However, some of the required parameters are missing, in particular:
  - Bpl: packet loss robustness factor  and
  - Ie-eff: equipment impairment factor

Does someone knows those parameters or where could I find them?
Alternatively, I think could derive those numbers from the R-Factor
equation if I could simply have the theoretical max MOS.
