[opus] Sampling rate using opusenc

Hello list members,

If I encode a CD quality (44.1kHz @ 16 bits) wav file with the "opusenc"
tool using the "--speech" option (optimize for speech according to the
documentation),

what would be the sampling rate of the resulting file?

The encoder tells me the bit-rate of the encoded file, but it says nothing
about the sampling rate.

Does the tool use the Full-Band option or does it downsample to use a
narrower bandwidth?

Any lights on this question will be really appreciated.
