configure --enable-intrinsics 
--with-NE10-libraries=$HOME/src/xiph/git/arm/Ne10/build/modules 
--with-NE10-includes=$HOME/src/xiph/git/arm/Ne10/inc

(building directly on the device, not cross-compiling)
