[opus] Availability of the 1.1.1 stable version

Hi Mark,

Yes, this is crashing with the unmodified libopus also and in fact freshly
downloaded standalone opus_demo ( I have mentioned more info in my earlier
mails in this thread). So to debug that we have added debug info. Attaching
the input file which is crashing.
