[Milan] I think the test will:
 1) Start with an unencoded utterance
2) Opus encode
3) Decode
4) Recognize against 3
5) Recognize against 1
6) Results of 4 and 5 compared against the know transcript to calculate difference in accuracy.

If that sounds OK with you folks, then I'll need a command line tool to encode and decode.
