[opus] Master branch

Hi,

Just wanted to warn everyone that we just merged a bunch of changes
(exp_analysis7 branch) onto master. The good news is that it brings many
quality improvements. The bad news is that in the short term, this is
causing some instability in master -- and probably some regressions too.
We're working on fixing these. If you notice any quality degradation
compared to 1.0.1 in some configurations, please let us know.
