[CELT-dev] Another Error For TI C55x C Compiler

After digging in some more, I have found that the errors come and go with
the #define ENABLE_POSTFILTER

when the filter is included, the errors arise, when the filter is taken out
the errors disappear.

I have also checked this theory with code v0.10.0

I am guessing its a missed "}" somewhere? But haven't found it yet
