[CELT-dev] configure in git repository

I verified that /usr/local/share/aclocal contains a copy of ogg.m4
I then deleted my celt folder, did a fresh git clone of the celt repository,
ran autogen.sh, ran configure.
I still receive the same error message.
I begin to see where the patience comes in. ;)
