[CELT-dev] can I create command line versions of the newer test releases?

ok,i would asking something crazy, i build a exe using /libcelt/testcelt.c
in windows, for my test purpose and using this command
testcelt 44100 2 256 46 input.wav output.wav
but i can't find any audioplayer could open output.wav, could anyone tell me
how using testcelt.c file to test wav format?
