[CELT-dev] How to compile celt 0.8.1 under Windows?

did you just rebuild or did you also update the source that calls it.

Celt encode had a parameter change meaning (that would cause crashes and
easily slip under the radar) and Celt decode had an extra parameter.

I'm using 0.8.1 under visual studio 2008 and 2010 just fine.
