<DIV class=RTE>1.- To record a voice (through a mic connected to the sound card) and encod it using ogg format and place the ogg file in a web server (if possible as the voice is being recorded).</DIV>

<DIV class=RTE>2.- To listen to that file in the web server from web browser.</DIV>
