[ogg-dev] libogg 1.3.5 release

I'm pleased to announce the release of libogg 1.3.5.

Thanks to everyone who contributed to this release. Thanks also to
those who have submitted patches which haven't yet passed review. We
wanted to address the compatibility issue with the macOS headers by
releasing the current development tree.

The release is tagged as v1.3.5 in git, and can be downloaded from the
links below.

We recommend upgrading for all users.

## Changes

 * Fix unsigned typedef problem on macOS.
 * Fix overflow check in ogg_sync_buffer.
 * Clean up cmake and autotools build files.
 * Remove Symbian and Apple XCode build files.
 * Fix documentation cross-reference links.
